We produce robust, heavy-duty tri-lobe designs roots blower (2″ – 12″) that deliver reliable performance for low noise, low pulsation compression.
CHARACTERISTICS
Produce a constant flow of gas at different pressures.
No Contamination: The pumped gas does not get contaminated as there are no lubricants in the area where the compression occurs.
Gear Box, Front Bearing and Rear Bearing: Oil Lubrication and Water-Jacket Cooling Feature.
Front Bearing: Grease Lubrication and Water-Jacket Cooling Feature
ADVANTAGE OF TRI-LOBE' ROTOR DESIGN
Less backflow, steady air flow rate, lower vibration, and noise.
Long Servicing Life: With reduced discharged pressure pulsation, it leads to lighter loading of bearings and timing gears for longer operation life.
Large Air Flow: On the same operating speed, the tri-lobe roots blower can deliver large airflow and volume than the conventional 2 lobes type.
High Efficiency: Adequate clearance between the rotors and the casing ensures no contact during operation, and this makes even higher efficiency.
High Precision in rotors: The precision of rotors is fully controlled by the CNC machine and variation of precision between blowers is almost nil.
Free From Vibration: The rotors are dynamically balanced in the fabrication stage already, so rotors are almost free from vibration.
